Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care Centre participates in Medicare and is in network with commercial insurance plans. For example, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Health Care, Aetna, AARP, Cigna, Healthspring, Tricare, Fox Everett, Viva, and many more. Please contact your insurance company to determine your specific benefits. If your insurance requires a referral obtain this prior to your appointment.
To ensure accurate billing, you will be asked for your current insurance information when you check in for your appointment. Additionally, you will be asked to review your personal information upon check in. Please review this information carefully and inform the staff of any changes or updates.
All copays, balances, and deductables are due at the time of your appointment. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Care Credit, American Express, Alpheon Credit, checks, and cash are accepted. You are responsible for paying any deductible, co-insurance, or other balance that is not paid by your insurance company. Accounts are due upon receipt of your first statement.

1. Proof of identification (e.g., photo ID such as a valid Driver’s License)
2. Insurance card
3. Amount of your co-pay for a specialist, if any

B. If not given previously, you may call our office and obtain a Login Pin to create a login for our secure Patient Portal.
